In April 1999 the directors of Keith Johnson & Company Limited separated the financial services division of the company from the general brokerage to form a new partnership solely dedicated to the provision of financial services.

This partnership was called Holdaway Johnson Financial Services and was formed to provide an ongoing professional commitment to the financial service requirements of the clients of Keith Johnson & Company Limited.

Since then Holdaway Johnson Financial Services have extended their services to include both existing and new clients.

Holdaway Johnson Financial Services Ltd. are appointed representatives of RAM Financial Services who are regulated by the Personal Investment Authority.
